## About this lecture

In this module, Gianluca Misuraca explores the governance “of, with and by” AI, focusing on a European perspective on the use and impact of AI in the public sector. Misuraca divides his lecture into four parts: (1) Shaping Digital Europe 2040; (2) the trilemma of the Governance “of, with and by AI”; (3) AI in public services in the EU; and the EU approach to human-centric AI.
